  • Meatballs:
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 cup finely chopped pink onion
  • 1/three cup kind of chopped cilantro
  • four cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 half of tablespoons fish sauce
  • half of tablespoon honey

  • Combine ground beef, onion, cilantro, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, honey, and chile pepper in a meals processor and mix until blended and minced. Transfer to a bowl. Coat hands and palms lightly with oil and scoop tablespoons of beef mixture to create same-sized meatballs and location them on a plate.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium warmth. Add meatballs; cowl and prepare dinner 5 mins. Turn meatballs over, cowl pan, and cook dinner until golden brown, about 5 mins extra.
  • Combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, water, fish sauce, and chile pepper in a bowl and serve with meatballs. Pour over meatballs or use as a dipping sauce.
