  1. Cut pocket in pork chops all the way down to the bone..

  4. Put pan with pork chops in 400° preheated oven & finish cooking for 10 minutes..
  5. Remove pork chops from pan & plate. Put wine & remaining butter in pan on medium high heat & add chopped up onion & mushrooms with salt & pepper & cook & pour over pork chops..
