Beef Stroganoff Sauce with Meatballs

  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/three cup dry bread crumbs
  • half small onion, chopped

  • Melt final 2 tablespoons butter within the skillet; whisk in flour. Add broth and mustard; carry to a boil. Add meatballs and prepare dinner until a few sauce is absorbed, 10 to 15 mins. Remove from warmth. Add sour cream and stir to mix.
